Barbicide Certification

Fotini has completed the most current Covid-19 Safe therapist training - Barbicide Certification.

Yoga & Meditation Classes

More than ever, it is hard to find a good balance between safety and looking after your body and mind. We have set new guidelines within our practice to keep you training as safely as possible.

Please ensure that you wear a face mask before entering and moving around the studio, unless you are exempt and sanitise hands on arrival. You can remove your mask when you reach your spot on the mat, as it is not compulsory to wear face covering whilst exercising.

All equipment used is sanitised before and after use.

Mobile Therapy Services:

Fotini Wellbeing will be wearing a face mask on arrival and during treatment time. It is also advisable for clients to also wear a mask, unless you are exempt.

We kindly ask our clients to provide their own towels.

All tools and equipment are cleaned thoroughly following the sterilisation methods.
