Plenty of class options open to everyone, including beginners. 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga incorporates poses and pranayama breathing exercises, which help bring peace to the mind and body, discovering your inner wisdom. Hatha yoga allows you to pause and connect with poses, deepening your practice with mediation.

Power Yoga

A dynamic energetic Vinyasa flow of yoga sequences linking breath to movement. Cultivating strength, balance, focus and endurance.

Meditation & Breathwork

Pause and connect with a guided practice, letting go of the mind connecting within.

Yin Yoga

A calming quiet slow meditative practice, holding postures for an extended period often laying down or seated. Increases circulation and improves flexibility, balancing and calming the mind.

Chair Yoga

Through physical postures and Breathwork a traditional yoga practice to help make it accessible for all.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga synchronising breath with movement, linking asanas together creating a moving meditation. Feel energised yet peaceful.

Restorative Yoga

Through physical postures and breathwork, restorative yoga practice supports health, strength & wellbeing. This class is designed to be accessible to people with mobility, disabilities or chronic health conditions.

Sound Bath Meditation

Relax and let go as you immerse yourself in a unique session, guided through a meditative journey. Tune into the being of who you are, with the rhythm of your natural breath. Deeply nourishing, uplifting, peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating.
