“Wonderful beauty therapist and very in-tune yoga teacher. More than just a yoga instructor - she’ll be by your side throughout your quest for peace and fitness.” -Felicity Gasparro.

“Highly recommend Fotini's yoga class. After Fridays session I felt relaxed yet alert, stronger and fitter too. I'm a slim middle aged very tall mostly deskbound cyclist with mild arthritis in my lower back. At the end of the session I am not entirely sure which exercises hit the spot but all my niggles were gone and felt much stronger and more agile than I have for many a year.
If her classes were nearer to me and I could do one in a morning, imagine setting your day up like that! I'd attend every darn day.” -Craig Fletcher
“I've just started doing yoga after not being a regular practitioner for a couple of years, a friend recommended Fotini and she has been great. She has set our class based on skill level, varies the class each week and goes at the perfect pace. I've really enjoyed being back at a regular class.” - Julia Nicole

“It’s been a pleasure to take part in Fotine’s online Zoom yoga classes. She is a compassionate and caring individual who is always thinking about individuals needs. She is good with children and adults.
I decided to start Fotine’s yoga classes after a running injury and I found her classes really helped with this injury and my flexibility.
I would highly recommend Fotine and I will continue to take part in these classes as she is a fabulous instructor. Thank you.” -Yvonne Ioviero
